"This is the original Perfecto 118 leather jacket from Schott's of New York City, the sportswear maker who introduced the motorcycle jacket in 1928. Exploding into public consciousness in 1953 after Marlon Brando wore one in The Wild One, it remains a symbol of youthful rebellion to this day. The 26"" long double style jacket is made with heavy drum-dyed cowhide leather that--like some hoodlums--softens with age, and it is straight cut for a more generous fit. Vented underarm gussets and a bi-swing back allow ease of movement. A belt with a heavy nickel-plated buckle keeps the jacket snug around your waist. The cotton-twill lined sleeves have heavy-duty metal zippers, as do the hand pockets and slash breast pocket, while snaps secure the collars, lapels, epaulets, and exterior change pocket. The body has an insulated quilted nylon lining, with an interior breast pocket and a map pocket, not to imply that your life lacks direction. Made in the U.S. Men's sizes 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50. (6 lbs.)"
